Again, self-reliance is not a pathological trait. The blog you link looks at some positive aspects of the pathological condition known as narcissism, of which self-reliance may be one; but one does not have to be narcissistic to be self-reliant. Self-reliance is no more inherently narcissistic than blue eyes.

They don’t, and that’s because there is no difference between psychopathy and sociopathy — they describe the same character (personality) disorder. The two terms were used in the past to differentiate an inborn condition (psychopathy) from an acquired one (sociopathy). Today we realize that it is impossible to tell the difference, or whether there is one at all, so we use them interchangeably.
The biblical quotes you give show that you also don’t understand what entitlement (or superiority, for that matter, in the context of dark triad) means, nor what Jesus’ life and teachings represent(ed).
It is well known that Red Pillers are enamored with sociopathy, and that Red Pill’s own sociopaths and wannabes want to justify and elevate their morally dubious actions by creating all kinds of rationalizations for them; but co-opting Jesus as “one of us” is a most ridiculous one, although not totally unexpected. It shows that to one with a hammer everything looks like a nail.
